This is a Coed, Open House Style Baby Shower meaning that we would love for you to join us ANYTIME between 3pm-6:30pm. Men & Women are both welcome, so bring your spouses! You can come anytime and stay as long as you'd like. We would love to see you and celebrate this exciting milestone with us at your convenience.
Beverages and Disneyland Snacks will be available.
We kindly request that this be an adults-only celebration. Carried infants are welcome, but we ask that no young children attend. Our home isn't set up for children just yet, especially since there is no fence around our pool. Thank you for helping us keep the day calm and enjoyable for everyone.
Once Upon A Time
We are bringing Disneyland to our home with a "Once Upon a Time" theme. Are you surprised? :) The shower will be all pink & white with nods to princesses and the Disney castle. We are embracing the princess that we all know Baby Ainsley will be!
1. What does an Open House Baby Shower Mean?
You are welcome to stop by anytime between 3:00pm - 6:30pm convenient to your schedule, and stay for as long as you'd like. There is no formal program to the event.
2. Is this a Coed Shower or only for the ladies?
Yes, this is a Coed Celebration! We can't wait to celebrate with everyone together - bring your spouse!
3. Are kids invited?
To ensure a relaxed and enjoyable celebration for everyone, we kindly ask that no young children attend. The shower and our home are not set up for children, and there will be no kid-specific activities. Carried infants are welcome.
4. What are we celebrating?
A baby shower honoring Brittany & Nicholas, celebrating the upcoming arrival of their daughter, Ainsley Mae Jacobitz.
5. Is there a guard gate for your community?
Yes there is a guard gate. As long as you RSVP, your name will be on the list to enter. Just give them our address and your name.
6. What should I wear?
Casual or dressy casual attire is great. The event will be indoor / outdoor, so please check the weather and dress accordingly as it could be warm.
7. Will food & drinks be served?
Yes, we will have beverages and some light Disneyland snacks & desserts.
8. Is there a gift registry?
Yes, please make sure to review the many details on the "Gifts" tab of this site.
9. Will gifts be opened at the shower?
We are asking that anyone who brings a gift please bring it unwrapped / in a displayable fashion. There will not be a formal gift opening portion of the party, so instead, we would like to display all of the generous gifts for Baby Ainsley.
Nearby Hotels
These are the closest hotels to our home. Of course you're welcome to stay anywhere you'd like, Vegas doesn't have a shortage of hotel options! There might also be some Airbnb's nearby if you prefer.
1. South Point Hotel & Casino
Affordable but does have a pretty smokey casino. Does have a movie theater, bowling alley, tons of restaurants, & bingo!
2. Hampton Inn Las Vegas Strip South
No casino, great prices. Right by the South Outlet Mall.

3. Silverton Lodge & Casino
Large resort with good pricing & a few restaurants, but does have a casino.
4. M Resort
This is one of our favorite hotels and it is SUPER close to us. It's elegant and beautiful with five-star restaurants but a higher price for rooms. There is a casino, but you can completely avoid it while staying there if you wanted.
5. Home 2 Suites by Hilton Las Vegas Strip South
This is a very nice boutique hotel that is pet friendly! No casino and great prices.

6. Excalibur Hotel & Casino
If you want to stay on and experience the strip, this is one of the most affordable options. They have fun things for kids as well.
